These karinto, however, are quite different. Handmade by Inaniwa's expert udon craftsmen, these crackers were made with a dough that has been stretched to become wafer thin before being cooked, resulting in a thin, crunchy, crispy cracker packed with the taste of the ocean.

The flavor comes from the abundance of nori seaweed mixed through the dough, and coating the cracker's surface.
