Particularly when mixing powders like flour and sugar, a standard mixing bowl allows for much of that light powder to spill over the edges, but these deep bowls have more than enough space.

Made from pro-grade 18-8 stainless steel, the same as is often used in commercial kitchens, these are more corrosion and scratch resistant than typical 18-0 stainless.
