Summit's silicone-coated cast iron requires less care than bare cast-iron, as it forms a natural, food-save non-stick coating that gradually degrades over time, eventually being replaced by a seasoning layer from the oil you cook with day after day. This means this cast iron pan requires less time and effort to maintain that typical cast iron, and can be used fresh out of the box.

The high-quality iron has fantastic heat distribution and conductivity, meaning your pancakes will cook evenly without burnt spots. The natural wood handle makes it easy to use and hold, even when hot, so you don't need to worry about burns.

This pan's shape was designed specifically for cooking pancakes, with a totally flat bottom and sleek, straight sides.
