Yoshikawa Greek Yogurt Maker Container SJ1884

It has scales so you can see how much whey has been drained and how firm has become.

❈Strained yogurt, Greek yogurt, yogurt cheese, sack yoghurt or labaneh, is yogurt that has been strained to remove most of its whey, resulting in a thicker consistency than unstrained yogurt, while preserving yogurt's distinctive sour taste.

Instructions

Place a kitchen paper sheet on the mesh and then yogurt on top of it.

Leave it for a while or over a night until it gets solid, and next day you will have strained yogurt ready.
